A new book called 'The CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet' is not only creating a publishing sensation in Australia, it has embroiled the Commonwealth Scientific & Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO) in a controversy. The controversy lies in the book's emphasis on eating lots lean red meat and nutritionists Rosemary Stanton and Gyorgy Scrinis wrote a blistering attack, accusing the CSIRO of prostituting itself to Australia's meat and dairy industries.
