Vasudevan Rasiah, a non-lawyer who was managing Schapelle Corby's case in Bali, demanded $800,000 from the Australian government for helping Corby of which $500,000 was to be used as a bribe for Bali's High Court judges. Corby's new legal team, which is led by Hotman Hutapea, was able to explain and convince the judges that the bride was planned without Corby's knowledge.
