Royal, B of M to reveal all fees paid to auditors

Montreal, Que.-based Royal Bank of Canada and Bank of Montreal have announced that they will implement a new policy of disclosing payments to auditors for non-audit consulting services. The two banks received support for the decision from the Ontario Securities Commission.
