Toronto's commercial market maintains core strength

Toronto's downtown-core vacancy rates were just 5.5 percent in the 3rd quarter; the Greater Toronto Area had an overall vacancy rate of 8.6 percent for the same period. It's still a landlord's market, despite the weakened economy.
