Under suspicion: the deaths of two Somalis cast a cloud over Canada's reputation as a peacekeeper

Article Abstract:

Two Somali citizens were killed in separate incidents in Mar 1993. Members of Canadian peacekeeping troops are accused of the killings. The stresses felt by the peacekeepers, and their belief that conditions in Somalia will not change, are described.
