Wallabies' World Cup?

Article Abstract:

Australia in 1999 is ranked third among contenders for the World Cup in rugby. The sport has changed since the previous World Cup because rugby has become more commercialized. A new Australian coach, Rod Macqueen, has been hired. If the Australians can cultivate world class players in its weak points and maintain the health of its best players, they can be contenders for the World Cup.
