What a racket

Article Abstract:

It is hard to understand why Australian tennis fans wanted to appropriate tennis star Kim Clijsters as their own even though she is Belgian and the only Australian connection is her current boy friend. It can be only be said that since none of the home grown Australians are any good on the international circuit anyone else would do but if the so called sports superstars stopped partying and concentrated more on the game it would do them a world of good.

Red alert

Article Abstract:

Melbourne should not always be given the chance to hold the MCG final and the AFL should make it a point that the game should be played in whichever state provided. The game's administrators ought to give up their provincial small mindedness and allow the game to move on instead of revealing the sports enthusiasts who have invested themselves in clubs like Eagles and Swans that their hometowns are not good enough to host the game.
