Who killed Gail Miller? A rapist denies guilt at the Milgaard review

Article Abstract:

Convicted rapist Larry Fisher denied that he was involved in the 1969 slaying of Gail Miller, for which David Edgar Milgaard is serving a life sentence. Testimony came at a hearing ordered by the government to investigate whether Milgaard's trial was properly conducted.
