Charting a career change

Article Abstract:

AARP urges older employees to keep their employment skills current if they want to reenter the job market. It is important, also, to become familiar with the 1967 Age Discrimination in Employment Act. This was created to protect workers over 40 who experience age-related discrimination that impacts promotions and salary increases.
