Cyclic existence

Article Abstract:

Repetitive cycles in stockmarkets are common occurrence as markets are based on action and reaction. As economies experience falling production, unemployment and the national incomes decline, producing declining prices and profits. As cycles reach near bottom, a rise in demand creates jobs and the cycle begins anew. The most important cycle in investing is the four and a quarter year cycle.
