John Hall a journalist and editor and Suzanne Hall who worked in medical public relations changed their residence from Melbourne to a historic Tasmanian town of Richmond. They bought a Millhouse, which was converted from a private home to upmarket guest house. Starting a business in which they had no direct management experience was daunting but they sought advice from friends in the same business.
