Lend Lease on the comeback trial

Article Abstract:

The prospects of Lend Lease, its technical, fundamental strength and its recovery in the year 2004 are discussed. The merger with General Property Trust is expected to enhance its long-term growth prospects as it has access to the company's huge database and Lend Lease is tipped to be an attractive buy in the year 2005 as the probability of the company achieving its targets are extremely high.

It is indicated that defensive stocks improve when volatility increases in the wider equity market, and where demand for companies with more earnings certainty increases.
