Article Abstract:

The role of Australian Securities &Investments Commission (ASIC) is questioned as many Australians have lost millions of dollars through property investment spruikers and the case study involving David Verco who was fleeced by Henry Kaye is presented. Henry Kaye has lured many Australians who believed that KayeEs programs were approved by ASIC and had ASIC acted in time so many Australians would have not lost their money.
