Syndication enters its adolescence

Article Abstract:

Property syndication has become an A$4 bil industry in Australia over four years, but still worries some people. They pay 10-11% annually or even 15% with tax benefits considered. However, money is locked up until the use-by date. The are having trouble now finding the properties with good returns and capital gains, most of which have been acquired already. Several companies, among them Westpac, Investa Proerty Group, and Australian Unity, are discussed.
