In order to meet the conditions set by the European Union for the VIAG/Veba/E.On merger, Degussa AG of Germany has divested the sales and marketing of cyanuric chloride and sodium dicyanamide to Oxon Italia S.p.A. The Italian company is a producer of fine chemicals, agrochemical intermediaries and active agents with an annual turnover of more than EUR 130mn.
