Article Abstract:

The skin surface is a complex mixture of lipids secreted by mammalian sebaceous glands. Small amounts of cholesterol esters, triglycerides, wax esters make up human sebum. It is a yellowish oily liquid at room temperature. Sheu and colleagues, in their present work detailed structure of the human SSLF by ruthenium tetroxide staining.
