Corporate ethics and the entrepreneurial theory of "social success"

Article Abstract:

Research indicates that the inclusion of ethical considerations in management decision making helps companies achieve their business goals. Ethics are shown to build trust within the corporations, among employees, and outside them, among clients and business networks and contacts, thus promoting beneficial and profitable relationships.
