Ethical beliefs and behaviors of future African-American business professionals.

Article Abstract:

The ethical perceptions of African-American business students are examined so that it helps managers and educators to develop ethics training programs to better prepare African-American business professionals. Management trainers involved in ethics training should use teaching materials and approaches that will help management trainees deal effectively with the sensitive ethical issues emerging from the changing workplace.

International business vs. globalization: implications for business ethics

Article Abstract:

The terms 'globalization' and 'international business' are often used interchangeably to depict business activities that go beyond national borders. The concepts of globalization and international business have different ethical implications and there are fundamental ideological differences between both of them.

The problem with 'dead peasants' insurance

Article Abstract:

The corporate-owned life insurance (COLI), also known as 'dead peasants' and 'janitors' insurance, is insurance on the lives of rank-and-file employees, owned by corporations, with the corporations as beneficiaries. The ethical concerns raised regarding the COLI are discussed.
