Are the powers of traditional leaders in South Africa compatible with women's equal rights?: Three conceptual arguments

Article Abstract:

The conflicts of rights and the difficult challenges that such conflicts present when women equality and claims of cultural recognition are entailed into them, is described. The institution of the traditional leadership can be sustained and given a new, more concrete powers in democracy and explore the implications for women's equality and equal human rights in South Africa.

The issue related to the fraternal conflict amongst Europeans, men and nations, which is viewed as 'Europe's Walls' is discussed. Europe's turning to human rights requires courage and disciplined hard work to change cultural negativities.
