Opinions on issues concerning labor service companies (September 15, 1982)

Article Abstract:

Labor service companies are expected to gradually organize business enterprises, manage permanent and temporary workers, maintain accurate financial records, and provide job training. Such companies should be located in urban areas and seek leadership from government and Communist Party officials.
