Regulations on residence identity cards of the People's Republic of China
Article Abstract:
This article contains laws about identity cards that allow Chinese citizens to maintain social order, conduct social activities, and protect their rights as of Sep 6, 1985. Included are provisions for card validity terms, managing cards for people returning to or leaving the country, and punishment for mishandling such cards.
