Article Abstract:

Analysis of subordinate appraisal of managers in a government setting reveals that achieving positive results depends mainly on the level of concerted educational and training efforts as with the review or the process itself to ensure validity. The study also points out that these programs would empower employees and the organization can gather valuable input from an often untapped source which is the employees.
