Uganda: Desperate Dancing.

Article Abstract:

The political landscape in Uganda opened up after a referendum to allow political parties to organize and campaign for the first time since President Yoweri Museveni came to power at the barrel of gun in 1986 where on the other hand the removal of electoral term limits for presidents has allowed Museveni to stand again to govern country. It was found that whatsoever he has squandered the great legacy many hoped for Museveni but Uganda never had a peaceful transfer of power.
