Useful, but not a panacea: performance-based program budgeting in Florida

Article Abstract:

The efficacy of the performance based program budgeting implemented in Florida is analyzed. Though such a form of budgeting is found to be useful, it definitely is not a cure to all the problems related to budgeting.
