Assessment of the hypochondriasis domain: The multidimensional inventory of hypochondriacal traits (MIHT)

Article Abstract:

The multidimensional inventory hypochondriacal traits (MIHT) were reliably and validly measured with the help of four-component instrument that consisted of Affective, Cognitive, Behavioral, and Perceptual scales. The good convergent and discriminant validity of the MIHT scales suggests that the traits measured by the scales share sufficient variance to tap difference aspects of the same syndrome.
