Dancing other-wise: ethics, metaphysics, and utopia in Hae Kyung Lee and Dancers

Article Abstract:

The productive intersections of metaphysical and utopian performatives in the daily routines of an internationally renowned multi-ethnic urban contemporary dance company, Hae Kyung Lee and Dancers are explored. In their art and in their lives together, the company functions as a utopian community anchored by an ethnic rooted in a generative notion of physical and social presence.

Estimating the time elapsed between ending a relationship and joining a matchmaking agency: evidence from a French marriage bureau

Article Abstract:

Based on Quah's model, the survey data from a French marriage bureau is utilized in estimating the duration of marital searches of individuals who seek remarriage using a marriage bureau. The results indicated factors like income, level of education, etc. that affect the decision to use the services of the marriage bureau.
