Effects of daily hassles and eating style on eating behavior

Article Abstract:

Daily diary reports were examined to explain the relationship between day-to-day hassles and eating habits. Findings revealed that daily hassles were related to an increase in high fat or sugar snacks consumption and decreased consumption of vegetable and main meals. Emotional eating as the primary moderator of the relationship between daily hassles and snacking habit is enalyzed.
