Normes de completion pour 744 contextes linquistiques francais de differents formats

Article Abstract:

Sentence completion for 744 incomplete French sentences provides insight into linquistic perceptions of contexts. Native speakers of French had to fill in the last words of sentences. La validite du sentiment de savoir au rappel et a la reconnaissance

Article Abstract:

Feeling of knowing is a questionable criterion in judging memory such as with tests of recognition and recall. Expansion of traditional experiments to more items, using forced choice recognition, gave resuts which cannot be predicted with feeling of knowing. A range of possible answers can be accurately identified with feeling of knowing, but cued recall is necessary to give accurate prediction. This article is written in French.

Memorisation de textes chez des eleves du primaire et du secondaire

Article Abstract:

Memorization of a text is affected by whether the text is of a narrative or informative kind, and also the age of school children reading it. Students from Canada's Quebec province were used in the study. Younger students, at 5th grade level, have shorter recall than older ones at 9th or 12 grade levels. For all of the groups, narrative texts produce longer recall than informative texts. This article is written in French.
