Risk attitudes and risky behavior

Article Abstract:

Risk attitude and risk-taking among individuals are contingent on financial aspects. There is skepticism, however, when it comes to proving that the measure of risk attitude has something to do with the actual norm. Several panels are utilized to address the relationship between the measures of risk attitude and actual behavior, whether respondents can answer hypothetical risky options, as well as the relationship between risk attitude and gambling.

Listening: a narrative approach to everyday understandings and behavior

Article Abstract:

The narrative approach provides a subjective analysis of the cognitive mechanisms that influence behavior and personal preferences. The method is based on the evaluations of the intrinsic-affective factors of behavior. This system uses the listening and conversation process to understand the basis of an individual's personal experiences and perceptions. The method can be utilized for behavioral economics and social psychology.
