Semi-normative theories based on bounded reality

Article Abstract:

Descriptive economic theories were classified by qualitative properties which fulfill assumptions of bounded rationality. The consistency of expectations and type of effect of the payoff- or goal-variable has on strategic variables determine the degree of rationality. It was postulated that the building blocks for a theory of bounded rationality must be based on repeated experiments and not just one-shot experiments.
