Separating optimism and pessimism: A robust psychometric analysis of the revised Life Orientation Test (LOT-R)

Article Abstract:

The Life Orientation Test (LOT) or its revised version LOT-R is a widely used measure of dispositional optimism but one of the several critical issues raised about the test is whether it measures only optimism or optimism and pessimism.
