Associations between acute lipid stress responses and fasting lipid levels 3 years later

Article Abstract:

The association between lipid responses to acute mental stress and fasting serum lipid levels three years later in 199 middle-aged men and women is studied. The results suggest that the acute lipid stress responsivity might reflect processes that contribute to the development of elevated blood cholesterol concentration.
