Where do we go from here?

Article Abstract:

Studies on defense mechanisms have been characterized by lack of methods for evaluating results. Scientists who have carried such studies, especially on repression, have lost their interests in such research over the years. They also encountered various problems on studying defenses because of the discipline's characterization as a taboo subject. In addition, scientists have encountered difficulties in carrying out self-report m measures.

No More Rude Awakenings

Article Abstract:

Waking up in the morning can be both a physiological and psychological challenge.
