Article Abstract:

The management of Longford Business Centres (LBC) would consider using a feng shui expert to advise them on how to fit out any new properties. The company were facing some difficulty in finding an occupier for one of its serviced office suites in Hanover, Square, London. The management decided to call in The Feng Shui Partnership who made a number of suggestions, such as moving some of the furniture, purchasing a mirror and hanging pictures on some of the walls. Following the changes to the suite LBC found an occupier.

Real estate development opportunities in Swansea, Wales could be boosted by the success of schemes in Cardiff. Several major companies have relocated call centres to Swansea, which is expected to encourage investment in from commercial and leisure developers. Up to 2.5 million pounds sterling will be invested in the redevelopment of the former British Petroleum site at Baglan Bay in the Swansea area.
