A real estate professional recounts the lessons she learned from the experience of being accused of antitrust violations. The case was filed by a flat-fee brokerage which alleged price collusion and a conspiracy to boycott a competitor. A major lesson learned was to avoid discussing fee decisions and other business issues outside the company.
