Behind hawaii's call center strategy

Hawaii is positioning itself as an attractive call center location for companies, capitalizing on its service-based culture, time zone, and completely digital technology, according to Hawaii Call Centers Association president Kevin E. Johnson. Hawaii's lower employee turnover rate counterbalances higher costs of living in Hawaii, he said in an interview.
