Big deals in the big state

Article Abstract:

The year 2003 was extremely advantageous for the big state Texas as it had big deals from Toyota, Texas Instruments and a new economic development policy, which will continue till 2015. The primary objective of the governor's office is to look for the industry culture and the new policy focuses on the advancements in biotechnology, nanotechnology and semiconductors.
