Article Abstract:

Local property agents suggest there is a strong demand for industrial and business space in the M25 junction 25-26 area. A 104 acre business innovation centre has been developed along the northern part of the M25, it will provide 60 units for small businesses of which 80% have been prelet. There is a demand for freehold-leasehold small units, and research and development space. A 30 acre development plot on the A10 is awaiting planning permission for research and development and office space. The site has not yet been named by the developers, Co-operative Wholesale Society.
