The old world in their sites

Article Abstract:

Some commercial property firms, in the US, already have sites on the World Wide Web and are planning to expand their services into Europe. They use the Internet to advertise commercial properties. Some observers point out the use of the Internet to make deals should cut costs, make deals more open and easier. LoopNet has information on some 88,000 properties for sale or for rent. They have been running for four years and can also offer finance deals.
