Duel over the details

Article Abstract:

An option to purchase agreement must include clear indication of the planning permission requirement needed before the deal is completed. The planning permission should be defined as either outline or detailed and include a detailed explanation of the planning requirements.. A case in the UK courts found that detailed planning was necessary before a purchasing party could be held to the contract. Using the term planning permission is not sufficient and may lead to conflict between the parties involved.

Marylebone can match Mayfair

Article Abstract:

Real estate values in Marylebone, London, England, are not as high as those of nearby Mayfair, but Marylebone has good facilities, and looks set to undergo a revival. Transportation facilities are good, and there are five major railroad stations as well as the subway close by. Other attractions include Regents Park. The area offers good value and revedelopments are scheduled to make Marylebone more attractive to shoppers in London.
