Emergency of "New" contaminants raises many issues

Ammonium perchlorate is a significant groundwater contaminant, which is affecting the huge costs of real estate growth. Other parties confront the standards that are set by EPA in treating ammonium perchlorate. The State of California standards for treating the contaminant are presented.
