Course revision: Faced with Labour's commitment to cutting public funding, further education colleges will have to look to the private sector to finance their building programmes

Article Abstract:

Over 280 public/private partnership projects have been advanced by English colleges, and the Further Education Funding Council for England realises that this approach is the way forward.
