Land reform in post-conflict environments: Iraq and Kosovo

Article Abstract:

A study indicating reforms required for developing land and real estate market in regions like Iraq and Kosovo, which are emerging from major conflicts, is presented. For the purpose, the study uses a questionnaire seeking opinion of respondents relating to legal rights, finance, and market structure.
