Cox Target Media is to shift all its work taking place at its production plants in Elm City, North Carolina and Largo, Florida to its new, state-of-the-art production facility, which it set up in St. Petersburg, Florida. The company has taken up a national advertising campaign for selling its North Carolina, such that the company which will take it up will even house Elm City employees and also create job opportunities.
