Pounding the tourist beat

Article Abstract:

The city of Salisbury, England, attracts a large number of tourists, and has therefore built up a strong retail sector. This sector accounts for 20% of employment in the area, and the city has managed to attract many top retailers. In contrast, its office market is relatively weak, but has considerable potential for further expansion. However, problems could arise if traffic congestion problems are not eased.
