Quietly confident

The south-east area of Wales is very strong, mainly because of the availability of labour and grants, according to Brunswick Holdings Chmn and Managing Director Terry Greenhaf. He believes that Brunswick will continue to focus on construction. He feels that Brunswick not a high-profile firm, and states that this is his preferred approach. He lists the company's planned projects, including a mixed leisure and residential scheme in Newport, Wales, and a very unusual leisure scheme in Bath, England.
