Rewards of high office

Article Abstract:

It is very misguided to assume that the UK property industry is focused on London, England, according to British Council for Offices Pres and Knight Frank head of UK commercial property Michael Soames. He believes that the public sector office sector is now producing standards as high as those of the private sector. He sees potential for innovation in financing offices, but believes that innovation through cheaper building is unlikely. He anticipates that the trend towards energy efficiency in office design will be particularly marked outside London, England.
