The 694 pounds sterling question

Article Abstract:

Details of a case involving infringement of property rights are given. The case involved the construction of a new home on Ashleigh Avenue by the Sawyer family. The strip of land used for a driveway was subject to mutual covenants which prohibited the use of unbuilt land for anything other than a garden. The case was persued by Mrs Jaggard, who was awarded 694.44 pounds sterling for a right of way and release of the covenant.
