Towards a real estate land use modeling paradigm

Article Abstract:

An analysis of real estate land use is presented. The analysis focuses on land use allocation in the marketplace by developing and applying a conceptual framework. It is shown that market information and transactions costs influence real estate land use. The two variables condition transaction outcomes between real estate users and buyers while exhibiting land use and price outcomes for the market.
