We have the technology if you have the space

Article Abstract:

The increasing popularity of Hertfordshire, England as an area of for new technological industries is causing a scarcity of sites suitable for redevelopment. The closeness of the M25 motorway , the airport and the availability of workers with sufficient expertise has made the area very attractive to companies wishing to relocate their business. There is an even greater demand for smaller offices from companies who wish to move out of London.

Getting the timing right

Article Abstract:

The construction of a new warehouse building in Stevenage, England was seen as foolhardy until the recent upturn in the industrial market which has made the site very desirable. Other sites are now being considered for development as enterprising builders wish to take part in the upsurge of interest in the area. There are few new office buildings available but some properties which have been renovated remain vacant.

Hitting the headlines

Article Abstract:

Welwyn Garden City, England and Hatfield, England are experiencing excess demand for industrial units and offices with little prospect of new buildings being constructed. The nearness of the A1 and easy access to the railway network have been cited as reasons for the upturn in the market. Even though the centre of Hatfield needs renovation managers of new businesses are still keen to move to the area.
